At the same time, Move spots talent which hasn’t yet been identified. People who have had a rough start in life and who don’t have the confidence to believe that they have any ability. It will develop that talent in any way we think fit. We will use our time and our surpluses to invest in them as people, and not treat them simply as economic units. We will work closely with partner organisations in the third sector to develop the hidden talent in people who for many years have been unaware they had it. This approach will benefit these individuals, their families and the communities in which they live. It will also benefit employers who will eventually have the chance to recruit them. |
